CRM Business Consultant

Are you passionate about helping our global sales organization perform at a world class level? Do you understand business processes and like working with IT? Then this is the job for you.

You will be part of a team that is responsible for our global CRM solution and the continuous improvement of our system so that it reflects our business processes and the needs around the organization. You will work closely with your colleagues in our Sales Excellence and Intelligence department to make sure that we develop our business, and our organization has the tools they need to perform.

You will also work closely with our global sales,  marketing, and quality organization to find and qualify business needs, describe and design business processes, specify solutions and implement them together with IT. You will also be responsible for the training and continuous development of the CRM superusers and users, so daily CRM support and problem-solving is also part of the job. You will also work closely with the CRM specialists in our IT department, who will handle the technical side of CRM.

 

Primary tasks:

  • Find, qualify, and transform business needs into CRM functionalities.
  • Create motivation and visualize possibilities for all 700+ users of the CRM system through dialogue and cooperation
  • Participate in CRM related projects – development of new features, upgrades, and updates.
  • Train and develop the global super user organization to make sure they use CRM to its fullest potential
  • Create and maintain training materials for the CRM users to make sure the system is used in the best possible way
  • Make sure that the CRM system runs smoothly through support to the users

 

Your background:

You have a bachelor’s degree within a relevant area and a proven track record in handling complex problems. We prefer 2-3 years’ experience from a similar position but are also open to hearing from people with advanced user experience in CRM. Alternatively, you could also just have finished your education with a focus on business processes and a solid IT understanding. The most important thing is that you understand business processes and you like to work with IT solutions and people around the world.

  • You are an effective communicator who engages in dialogues with all stakeholders.
  • You inspire and motivate them to use the system in the best possible way.

  • You are driven and thrive in a mix of individual and team-oriented tasks
  • You are an open and talkative person that can communicate professionally in written and spoken English
