HC20 wireless

The wireless hand control HC20 is designed for use with LINAK TWINDRIVE®  or CBH Advanced systems for leisure beds.

The hand control is based on RF (Radio Frequency technology) or Bluetooth®  connection. It has a contemporary design that matches the trend within interior design.

The HC20 combines ergonomic design and functionality into a user-friendly hand control without any annoying cable. As standard the HC20 offers memory, backlight in the buttons for extra user-friendliness and torch function.

How to use the TD1 cable relief

By using the cable relief you avoid that the cable plug is pulled out of the TD1 which may lead to a malfunction or damage the plug.

My neck function does not recall correct memory function

The actuator adjusting the neck function needs to be initialised. Follow the instructions shown in the video or in the following steps:

My RF handset does not work

The handset needs to be set up to the TWINDRIVE TD1 280 (memory) underneath the bed.

Follow the instructions shown in the video or in the following steps:

  1. Activate the reset key on the RFR box attached on the TD1.
  2. Keep the reset key activated while pressing a random button on the handset If there are more handsets, keep the reset key activated and press a random button on the other handset.
  3. Your bed is now ready for use.

TD1RF (with memory) and LA27 - how to initialise the motor system

  1. Drive the LA27 to the outer position (without interruption until it stops)
  2. Release the button
  3. Drive the LA27 to the inner position (without interruption until it stops)
  4. Release the button

The system has now been initialised.

TD3 - How to set up Bluetooth handsets

  1. Plug the Bluetooth Adapter into the powered TD3.
  2. The Adapter is now in pairing mode. A blue blinking LED will indicate this.
  3. Take the Bluetooth hand control and press the Back “Up” and “Down” buttons at the same time. Now the light will give a long blink and indicate that the control and the actuator are paired up.

TD3 - How to set up radio frequency handsets

  1. Activate the reset key on the TD3. The bed drives to a flat position. Keep the key pressed until the motor stops completely.
  2. Release the reset key.
  3. Reactivate the reset key on the TD3.
  4. Keep the reset key activated while pressing a random button on the handset.
  5. If there are more handsets, keep the reset key activated and press a random button on the other handset.

Your bed is now ready for use.

TD4 - How to set up a Bluetooth handset

  1. Set the TD4 in pairing mode by connecting it to the mains.
  2. The product is now in pairing mode. The Under Bed Light will blink to indicate this.
  3. Take the Bluetooth hand control and press the Back “Up” and “Down” buttons at the same time. Now the light will give a long blink and indicate that the control and the actuator are paired up.
 

The bed does not work at all (TD1)

Check: Is the mains connected to the TWINDRIVE TD1?
Try/Solution: Try to connect a lamp or similar to the mains supply to check that the supply voltage is OK.

Check: Are all plugs mounted correctly in the TWINDRIVE TD1?
Try/Solution: Check all connections.

Check: Are there any visible damages on cables?
Try/Solution: Damaged parts must be exchanged. Contact the company that sold you the bed.

The bed does not work at all (TD3)

Check: Is the mains connected to the TWINDRIVE TD3?

Try/Solution: Try to connect a lamp or similar to the mains supply to check that the supply voltage is OK.


Check: Are all plugs mounted correctly in the TWINDRIVE TD3? 

Try/Solution: Check all connections. Use the cable relief on the TD3 to make sure that the cable does not fall out. Follow the procedure shown in the video or the instructions below.

The neck function of the bed does not work, it cannot drive outwards

The actuator adjusting the neck function needs to be initialised. Follow the instructions shown in the video or in the following steps:

TD3 AND LA27 - How to initialise the motor system

  1. Push the down button of the actuator.
  2. Drive the actuator until it has reached the inner position and stops completely.
  3. Release the key on the handset.
  4. Reactivate the down key of the actuator and keep it activated for approx. 5 sec.
  5. You can now drive the actuator outwards.

The system has now been initialised.
