Updated Actuator Connect™ - now with automatic updates

What’s new?

Actuator Connect™ now delivers a more intuitive and reliable user experience. With a combination of new features, interface updates, and key fixes, the configurator continues to support fast and flexible actuator setup while offering comprehensive data insights for users working with IC Integrated Controller™ actuators.

New features

Automatic update function
Actuator Connect™ now automatically checks for new versions and notifies when updates are available – ensuring access to the latest features and improvements. Remember to remove any old versions before installing the new version.

New “Software update” section
A dedicated update area has been added under Settings, offering easy access to release history and update options.

Automatic license overview
An automatically generated license file is now included during installation, improving transparency.

Updates and improvements

• The former „More“ tab has been replaced with a clearer and more intuitive “Settings” tab. Submenus have been reorganised for easier navigation.
• The “Refresh” button has been removed from the connection view to streamline the interface and reduce visual complexity.
• Save/Load configuration now also supports customised actuators. Only parameters linked to unlocked features, will be visible, ensuring correct configuration handling.
