A powerful 3-stage lifting column ideal for ergonomic height adjustment of high-load applications demanding strength and sturdiness, such as consoles, industrial workstations, work benches, assembly desks, and office desks. Designed with grooves on three sides for easy mounting of, for example, a customised encapsulation. The LC1 can be used as a single column, in a parallel system with 2, 3 or 4 columns or with up to 16 columns in multi-parallel systems. The LC1 is compatible and approved with the Control Box CBD6S. LC1 DESKLINE
The LC1 DESKLINE® is a 3-part aluminium lifting column, which is an ideal choice for adjusting the height of high-load applications that demand strength and sturdiness. The 3-part construction has a short installation dimension and a long stroke length, which ensures ergonomic flexibility.
The LC1 is the optimal choice for consoles, industrial workstations, work benches, assembly desks, and office desks. The LC1 outer profile has grooves in three sides, so a mounting bracket can be used for placement of, for example, a crossbar or a customised encapsulation. For easy mounting and simple system integration, an optional end-plates kit is available.
The LC1 system is controlled by a DESKLINE control box (CBD). The control box ensures optimal parallel drive and a pleasantly low noise level. The LC1 can be used as a single column, with 2, 3 or 4 columns in parallel systems, or with up to 16 columns in multi-parallel systems. A Desk Sensor™ 1 anti-collision dongle can be plugged into the control box to limit material damage to the application or an object in case a collision occurs while driving the application.

Versatile 3-stage lifting column with a compact motor housing compatible with multiple desk designs – for both industry and office. Reinforced 50 x 80 mm column and optimised motor-housing design for extra strength, stability, and sturdiness. Optionally, the DL6 is available as DL PLUS™ (no visible gliding pads); as DL PLUS™ High-speed (60 or 80 mm/s); with PIEZO™ anti-collision; 1200 N load per column; and bench bracket.

CBD6S
Control boxes
Lightweight and slim control box. Plug and Play™ with all DESKLINE lifting columns (standard, EXPERIENCE™, and XL), desk panels, and anti-collision solutions. CBD6S is available as 200 W (2-channel) or universal 300 W (2, 3, or 4-channel). Both are PVC-free, use ZERO™ technology for low standby power (<0.1W), have cable grooves for easy cable management, are only 38 mm high, have low-noise performance, and have a soft start-stop for smooth movement. Optional, the 300 W is available in a version compliant with IT AV standard EN 62368.

It is available in black or white, with customization options available through the front foil and multiple mounting configurations (separate brackets).
