First interview
The first interview will typically be your initial meeting with the hiring manager and an HR consultant, and in many cases a potential future colleague. Second interview
Following the first interview, the hiring manager and the HR consultant will review the meeting to access whether there is a match. You will also have the opportunity to consider whether the role aligns with your expectations.
If there is a match, you will be invited to the second interview.
The second interview focuses on gaining a deeper understanding of your skills, personality, and working approach.
Prior to the second interview, you will receive information about any assessments or tests to be completed in advance.
The decision
If there is a strong professional and personal match, you will be contacted with a job offer.
