Application process for salaried employees
If you find a relevant and interesting job on our homepage, you will see a green button in the bottom of the form where it says, “Apply for this job”. Now you must fill in relevant personal information as well as:

  • Your application stating reasons for applying for this job and your thoughts about how you can contribute to this particular job.
  • Chronological CV with relevant work experience, education and other types of experience.
  • Relevant exam certificates, course diplomas and certifications.

Our reply to your application
As a rule, we invite candidates for interviews continuously and therefore it is important that you send your application as soon as possible. However, there can be situations – e.g. if the hiring manager is on a business trip – where we await sending out the invitations. If you haven’t heard anything within three weeks, you are welcome to contact us on phone +45 73151515 where you can ask for the HR consultant in charge of the job.

First interview
If you are invited to the first interview, both the hiring manager and the HR consultant will participate in the interview. Often, there will also be a colleague from the department. The purpose of this first interview is to determine if there is a professional and personal match to the job and the department.

Second interview
After the first interview, the hiring manager and the HR consultant will review the meeting to see if there is a match. You also need to give it some thoughts to find out if the job is as you expected and whether you can see yourself in this role in the future. If there is a match between your, the hiring manager’s and the HR consultant’s expectations and wishes, you will be invited to the second interview. Before the second interview the HR consultant will send you a login to a Hogan personality test and a PI skills test. The purpose of this second interview is to get at deeper understanding of you as a person and what drives you.

The decision
If all parties in the end think that there is a professional and personal match, you will get a positive phone call from the hiring manager offering you the job. If there is no match, the hiring manager will call you with a negative answer. You are, however, still welcome to apply for other jobs in the company.
