Baselift™ Residential
Baselift™ is a compact actuator solution that makes a noticeable difference through subtle vertical movement. This actuator concept offers up to 100 mm of lift and is often integrated into bed designs to enhance comfort and support.
Among others, applications include mattress zone adjustment or mattress lifting where it is most commonly used to either adjust the firmness of the mattress in a bed or to lift the mattress vertcally all together to change bed sheets.
With its compact size, you get a lifting actuator that takes up only 100 mm in height, making it easy to fit into a bed frame without sacrificing comfort, aestetics or storage.
The concept easily allows for up to 8 Baselift™ actuators, and can be further developed as a multi-parallel system with an additional 8 actuators if the application requires it.
This concept is controlled with a hand control or saved favourite positions.

Frequently asked questions
When we talk about comfort zone regulation, we talk about using an electric linear actuator to change the firmness of a mattress in specific zones. We use Baselift™ actuators under a bed to push upwards and thereby make a mattress increasingly firm in the corresponding area. The most common way is to place the Baselift™ actuators under the bed or build them into the bed frame in a way that allows the actuator to push upwards into the mattress when it is extended. The number of Baselift™ actuators and the exact setup will vary depending on the number of comfort zones and possible adjustments a customers want in their solution.
The use of any actuator is a question of how creative one is. However, the Baselift™ actuator was developed with a specific use in mind – to lift a wider surface vertically to 100 mm. In other words, such a function can be added in many different types of furniture.
