LINAK^® Bed Control Privacy Policy

LINAK respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it by complying with this Privacy Policy. We advise that you read this policy carefully, so you understand our policies and practices regarding your personal data. By downloading and using the App you agree to this Privacy Policy. We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time and your continued use of the App after we have amended this Privacy Policy will be deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy regularly for updates.

The App will collect information from and about the users of the App, either:

• Directly from users when they provide such information in the App; or
• Automatically when users use the App.

All information collected by the App will be centrally stored only on your device and can therefore only be accessed in your device. We have implemented measures designed to secure that your personal information will only be accessible on your device and therefore the safety and security of your information depends on you, and it is important that you keep your device and your access information secure.

The information collected and data created with such information is only meant to make your use of the LINAK product more pleasant by for example offering you set preferences regarding your furniture’s position.

As stated above only you will be able to access the information collected by the App and therefore LINAK will not use or access your information.
