Over the past couple of years, the Danish based fur auction house, Kopenhagen Fur, has upgraded all its adjustable workstations. Electric actuator solutions from LINAK have replaced manual adjustment by crank handle, enabling the sorters to easily adjust the workstations themselves – a task usually requiring help from a colleague.

Facts:
Kopenhagen Fur is by far the largest fur auction house in the world. Some 30 million skins pass through quality sorting every year. The auction house, owned and operated by the association of Danish Fur Breeders, had a turnover of 1.5bn Euro in 2015 and a share of 60% of the entire world market.
