May 2015, the warranty for manufacturing defects on DESKLINE® products was extended from three to five years*.
This means that for a period of 5 years from manufacturing date of DESKLINE products LINAK will offer warranty on manufacturing defects. We believe in our products and our quality. That is why we expect your LINAK actuator to exceed the warranty period.
The fact is that it is highly unlikely that you will have to use this warranty because of our extraordinarily low DPPM (defective parts per million). We achieve our DPPM with high-quality components, semi-automatic production, competent and experienced personnel as well as rigorous testing. Every actuator system undergoes a 100% function test before it leaves the factory. New products and samples from the existing range constantly go through a gruelling series of tests involving all kinds of extreme conditions.
Essentially, we pride ourselves on good quality and we will settle for no less than perfection - and neither should you. That is why we believe that a 5 year warranty is the next step for our DESKLINE products.
