Working environment policy

LINAK^® wants a good working environment:

• It is our aim that no employees get hurt, physically or mentally
• We focus on preventive work, which is the foundation of our health and safety policies
• We visualise a good working environment and develop behaviour accordingly
• We support health promoting initiatives and activities

The responsibility for the working environment is placed in the individual departments of LINAK.

It is the working environment organisation’s responsibility to ensure the framework linked to working environment activities. This includes ensuring that such efforts are carried out in collaboration between the company and the employees.
